Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

The Service is provided by MiƂosz Sobieniowski, operating as MiƂosz Sobieniowski (JDG), Address: Jana Chryzostoma Paska 3a, 30-397 Kraków, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 6792888865, Email: sobieniowski@gmail.com.

2. Scope of the Service

FeedPilot is a B2B SaaS platform providing tools for processing, transforming, and optimizing product feed data, including AI-assisted content generation and marketplace feed preparation.

The Service is provided exclusively to business users (B2B).

3. AI-Assisted Processing

The Service uses machine-learning–based algorithms to assist in content generation and data processing.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational support purposes only and require review and verification by the Client before use.

The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of AI-generated outputs with third-party platform policies (including Amazon marketplace rules).

4. Maneuvers (Usage Credits)

The Service operates on a usage-based model using internal units called "Maneuvers".

Maneuvers represent the right to perform specific processing operations within the Service and do not constitute electronic money, currency, tokens, or financial instruments.

Maneuvers are:

  • non-transferable
  • non-refundable
  • usable only within the Service

5. Trial Access

The Provider may offer a limited trial period with a predefined number of Maneuvers. Trial access may expire based on time or credit usage.

The Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

6. Payments and Billing

Clients may purchase Maneuvers packages according to the current pricing available in the Service.

Payments are processed on a B2B basis. Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and lawful data
  • Ensuring compliance with third-party platform rules
  • Reviewing outputs before publication or submission
  • Securing access credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, workflows, and system architecture, remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the Service solely for its internal business purposes.

Reverse engineering, copying, sublicensing, resale, or making the Service available to third parties is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.

The total liability of the Provider shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Service during the last billing period preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered address.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published within the Service.
